Privacy policy

Wine Accord is a public catalog and showcase. There are no user accounts and no mandatory sign-up.

What data we process

• Event catalog — only organization-level information (fairs, organizers, venues) from public sources. This is not personal data.
• Feedback — if you write to us or submit “Report an error”, we receive your text and (optionally) your email — only to reply and correct the data.
• AI assistant — to answer your question, the text you type is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for processing. We also store the query text on its own — without your name, account or IP address — as anonymous interest analytics. Please don’t include personal details in your questions; you can ask us to delete stored queries at any time.
• Analytics — privacy-friendly, with no cross-site tracking and no selling of data.

Service providers

We run the catalog on a small set of providers who process data strictly on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), Supabase (database, hosted in the EU) and OpenAI (the AI assistant — it receives the text of your question to generate a reply). We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — including stored AI-assistant queries — by writing to info@wineaccord.com. Organizers can request a correction or removal of information about their event (takedown) at the same address.
